Florene (Flo) Ratliff, age 84, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016, at her home. Florene was born on Feb. 19, 1931 to her parents the late William Potter and Princess Ratliff Potter.
She was the wife of the late G.C.Ratliff, a homemaker, and believer of the baptist faith. Along with her husband and parents, Florene was preceded in death by two sons, Russell Ratliff and Randy Ratliff, three brothers and six sisters.
Florene is survived by two sons, Michael Ratliff, Keith Ratliff, three daughters, Judy Ratliff, Madolyn Ratliff, Loretta (Greg) Creech, seven grandchildren, Mark, Randy James, Ricky, Crystal, Misty, Rhetley, & Morgan, four great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Phil Hines and Jerry Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Rob Ratliff Cemetery.
