On his WW 1 draft registraton card, William Frank Kruger stated that he was born in Germany April 15, 1878, that he was living and working in Dallas, Dallas, Texas, and that his closest relative was Mary Kruger, who lived in Travis County, Texas, on a rural route out of Elgin, Texas. He was described as being tall and stout with blue eyes and brown hair.

On his WW 2 draft registration card, William Frank Kruger stated that he was born April 15, 1879, that he was currently living and working in Bastrop, Bastrop, Texas, and that Mrs. E. Eggleston would always know his address.

The markers for Wilhelm is next to one for Augusta Kruger and the markers are identical in design and size but the relationship between Wilhelm and Augusta is uncertain.
