She married William Albert Frederick, son of William Adolph and Kathryn (Catherine) Fair Frederick on August 19, 1914 in Terre Haute, IN.
They lived in Vincennes, IN, for several years. Sometime in the 1920s to around 1930 they moved to Kankakee, IL, where they lived into the 1940s.
Nell and William Frederick then moved to Franklin Park, IL for awhile, before moving to Schiller Park, IL.
According to her death certificate, Nell Frederick died of a coronary occlusion due to heart disease, which she'd suffered for several years. She'd also had diabetes.
Nell and William Frederick had no children.
Nell Frederick was a homemaker all her married life. William Frederick worked primarily for the railroad.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bryan McOsker. Nell Frederick was survived by her husband of 41 years, William Albert Frederick, her sister Mary Pearl Payne Boyll, as well as a number of nephews and nieces.

As the marker says 1891 and likely Nell McOsker Frederick knew her own birthday when she filled out her information on the marriage license application in Jackson County, that date is reflected on this memorial.
Nell Frederick's headstone plaque also has an Order of the Eastern Star. Her husband's headstone in FL has a Masonic emblem.
