Amanda Ellen Croft, 91, 5503 Township Road 419, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002, at her residence.

Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Union Hill United Methodist Church in Sugarcreek, with John Yoder, David Stutzman and Paul Miller officiating. Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery in Sugarcreek.

She was born March 2, 1910, in the Becks Mills area of Holmes County to Samuel S. and Katie Ann (Miller) Weaver and married John E. Croft on June 2, 1932. He died April 27, 1971.

Surviving are children, Doris (Frosty) Ridenbaugh of Beach City, Arlene Logsdon of Brinkhaven, John M. (Wanda) Croft of Dover, Alton (Grace) Croft of Baltic, Francis (Connie) Croft of Stonecreek and Robert Croft of Sugarcreek, with whom she had made her home; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Lulu (Henry) Miller of Apple Creek, and brothers, Atlee (Vera) Weaver of Apple Creek and Melvin (Dorothy) Weaver of Fresno.
