Lutheran Church, as a Sunday School teacher. Her husband, Halbert Mott Pope,
preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Jim Hoke; one granddaughter, Martha Ann Sosebee;
two great-grandsons, William Christopher Miller and Gary Stewart Miller Jr.; one
half-sister, Ruth Lail; and one half-brother, Jack Sipes.
Memorial funeral services were held at Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was
in Oakwood Cemetery.
