Children:
1. Elizabeth Parks McClanahan, b. 2 Jun 1774, Augusta County, Virginia Colony, d. 7 Jun 1854, Augusta County, Virginia. (Age 80 years)
2. Alexander McClanahan, Jr., b. 1775, Augusta County, Virginia Colony, d. 1851, Perry Co., Ohio. (Age 76 years)
3. Letitia Washington McClanahan, b. 1772, Augusta County, Virginia Colony, d. 1823, Augusta County, Virginia. (Age 51 years)
4. John, died young.
Suggested edit:
As per DAR records, the wife was "Sallie" Shelton not Eleanor. Also, please delete his middle name ... there are no original documents (birth, baptismal, death, will or other records) that indicate he had a middle name. This misleads people who are trying to get an accurate picture of their family history.
