Aunt Violet lived in a huge old Victorian house along the Delaware River in Edgely PA. She always had the most beautiful oriental rugs, Victorian furniture and tons of National Geographic magazines. She taught me about tea and china and how to be a "proper" little lady. I remember the big foxglove bushes and flowers that lined her front walkway.
