MILLERSBURG - Mosella K. Snyder, age 89, of Millersburg, Ohio was received by the Lord on Saturday, June 1, 2019 following a period of declining health.

Funeral services will be 12 noon on Friday, June 7th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. Burial will take place in Killbuck Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the services on Friday.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.

Mosella was born October 27, 1929 in Holmes County Ohio and was the daughter of Martin V.B. and Sadie (Hamsher) Wengerd. On September 20, 1949 she married Victor R. Snyder, he survives.

Mosella was a 1947 graduate of Millersburg High School. She was a homemaker and volunteered much of her time at the Holmes County Senior Center. Mosella loved nature, wildlife, bird watching, and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, shopping, preparing food and helping other people. Mosella had a strong relationship with the Lord, which she made known to others.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Victor are five children, Victoria (Tom) Borgerding of Westerville, Dwight R. Snyder of Dublin, Eric (Pennie) Snyder of Shreve, Brent (Barb) Snyder of Killbuck, and Craig Snyder of Millersburg; 26 grandchildren, Alyson Helwagen, Andrew (Heather) Borgerding, Alexander (Dalia Gomez) Borgerding, Ann (Jess) Goldfarb, Jason E. (Stacy) Snyder, Emily E. Stettler, Rachel Snyder, Jeremiah (Jen) Snyder, Justin Snyder, Erica (Jonas) Ramos, Connie (Chris) Ansell, Melinda Aley, Benjamin Aley, Jeremiah Aley, Tiffany (Jeremy) McCurdy, Ashlee (Brett) Uhrin, Hannah (James Cotton) Snyder-Cotton, Judah Snyder, Zack Snyder, Ben (Schuyler) Snyder, Amanda (John) Miller, Gabe Snyder, Sarah Snyder, Melissa Snyder, David Snyder, and Kristina Snyder; and great-grandchildren, Alexandra Helwagen, Jakob, Callen, Evelyn and twins, Vivienne and Elia Borgerding, Charlisse Goldfarb, Ty H. and Camryn Snyder, Victor, Hazel and Sylvia Stettler, James and Haley Theado, Evan, Kailyn, and Allie Snyder, Vera Ramos, Cameron Ansell, Ethan and Tanner Aley, Emily, Raychel, Alexis, Autumn and Hunter McCurdy, Carter Uhrin, Veronica, Vallory and Vaughn Snyder-Cotton, Liliana and Jolene Miller, Isabelle Jackson, Keirra Snyder, Alyssa Fry and Adrian Snyder. She is also survived by a brother, Ivan (Ethel) Wengerd of Kouts, Indiana.

Mosella was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Margaret Wengerd; three brothers, Roger, Jay and Harold Wengerd; her son, Victor Snyder Jr.; and a grandson, Chad Gray.
