Harriett Moppins, 79, of Selma, Alabama. passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at her residence in Selma, Alabama. She was born on March 1, 1941.

Survivors include: her spouse, Charles Moppins; sons, Samuel Harrison, Eric Harrison and Jesse Harrison; brothers, Samuel Gayle, Herbert Gayle, Derrick Gayle; sister, Patricia Rodgers; step-children, Christopher (Pauline) Moppins, Stephen (Stephney) Moppins, Charlie (Kimberly) Moppins Jr., Troy (Joann) Star; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.

Harriett was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Gayle, Margaret Jones; son, Michael Harrison; brothers, Edward James Gayle, Oscar Gayle, Albert Gayle, Ernest Gayle Jr. and Lawrence Gayle; sisters, Paulette Owens and Vera Carter.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Rose Hill Cemetery, Beloit Alabama with Pastor Linda Rives officiating and Randall Miller Funeral Service of Selma, Alabama directing.
