Funeral services for Mrs. Wilbur Foster Creighton, 81, of 1724 Observatory Drive, will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at First Presbyterian Church.

Dr. Walter R. Courtenay will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Mrs. Creighton died yesterday morning at her home.

A Nashville native, she was a daughter of the late Ophelia Stephens Dudley and Robert M. Dudley.

A graduate of Howard School and Ward Seminary, she married Creighton in 1905. He is now a consultant to Foster and Creighton Co., of which their son, W. F. Creighton Jr., is president.

She was a member of the Ladies Hermitage Assocition and the Sam Davis Memorial Association. Before suffering a stroke five years ago, she was active in a number of clubs, including the Centennial Club, the Cumberland Chapter of the DAR, the Past Presidents of Music Club, the Belmont Club and the Belle Meade Country Club.

She organized the East Nashville Canteen Unit of the American Red Cross during World War II, and the chapter, still in existence, was later renamed for her, the Amelia Creighton chapter.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Fred Schumann; five grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, all of Nashville.
