Tutor Key Child Dies August 3 Hubert Jackie Pruitt, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Pruitt of Tutor Key, died Thursday, August 3, 1950 at a local hospital after an illness of one day. He was born September 1, 1948, at Tutor Key, Ky. Besides his parents, he is survived by one sister, Joyce Ann Pruitt, and one brother, James Alford Pruitt, both at home. Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 5, at the home of his grandparents, Rev. Don Fraley. The Tom's Creek Quartet sang. Burial was in the Preston Cemetery under the direction of the Preston Funeral Home. Paintsville Herald Thursday 08-10-1950
