Jeffrey 'Jeff' Scott Alcombrack was born on September 6th, 1966 in Seattle, WA to Steven Paul Alcombrack and Gloria J. {Manry} Osborn.

On June 8th, 2022, Jeff went fishing with his Uncle Randy and had the best fishing day of his life. Shortly after the trip, Jeff suffered a massive heart attack that resulted in lack of oxygen to his brain. Between June 9th and June 13th, 2022, doctors tried to wake him up from the heavy sedation. Unfortunately, Jeff did not respond the way they needed him too. His stats dwindled down each time and he immediately required the medications to keep him sedated. He was on full life support by June 13th, 2022.
On June 14th, 2022, doctors determined that Jeff's brain was deprived of oxygen for too long. They did many tests and concluded that there was no activity on the brain scans.
On June 15th, 2022, Jeff was taken off all life sustaining measures and kept comfortable.
Jeff held on for 5 days before taking his last breath at 1:39pm on June 20th, 2022.

Rest in Peace Jeff. We will miss you down here on earth but know you are fishing with God and your brother Ken.

Jeff is survived by his daughter Jessica and 3 grandchildren.
