BEAN'S CREEK Tenn., Nov 20 -(Special) - at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Lipscomb Wednesday. Miss Frances Quarles Lipscomb and Wiley J. Porter, of Murfreesboro, were married. Elder Granville Lipscomb, of Nashville, performed the ceremony. Miss Daisy Sartain of Cowan, Tenn., and Mrs. Lida T. Walling, of Decherd, discoursed music for the occasion. The presents embraced various articles for use and ornament, interspersed with liberal checks. The bride is a daughter of John Lipscomb and has numerous friends in Nashville. The groom is a son of Alex Porter, of Cowan, Tenn. Mr. and Mrs. Porter left for Atlanta and will be at home to their friends after Jan. 1 1903 at Murfreesboro.
