A service for Daniel L[eslie] Maxson, 77, of St. Charles, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, 2700 West Clay Street, St. Charles.
Visitation is after 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
Mr. Maxson died Monday at his home.
He was a clerk for the U.S. Postal Service for 21 years.
Surviving are his wife, Hazel; two daughters, Janet Bloecher of Dittmer, and Barbara French of Cohocton, New York; three brothers, Myron of St. Charles, Leonard of Florida, and Harry of Los Angeles; a sister, Louise Ward of St. Charles; and five grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis.
