Coalport - Charles H. Troxell, 65, of Roseland, Coalport RD, a Reade Township supervisor, died Monday, Aug. 2 at 7:30 a.m. He was born in Roseland, March 29, 1913, a son of Ralph E. and Stella (Kuhn) Troxell. He was a superintendent of roads for Reade Township, and a retired livestock dealer. He was also a member of the Roseland United Methodist Church. Mr. Troxell is survived by his wife, the former Alice M. Hughes and three children: Robert A. and Mrs. Ruth M. Kruis, both of Roseland and Mrs. Donna Wilkinson of Dysart RD. Eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Two brothers, John and Wilmer, both of Coalport RD also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Wilmer. Services will be held from the Plass Funeral Home in Glasgow, Thursday, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Edward O. Bonsell will officiate and interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Cemetery, Glasgow. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m .today and from 2-4 and from 7-9 p.m. tomorrow. (The Progress August 3, 1976)
