Mrs. Preston was born December 11, 1887, in Johnson County, a daughter of David Jessie and Elizabeth Lyon Daniel. She was a resident of Paintsville and a member of the United Baptist Church. Her husband, Clarence Preston, preceded her in death. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Escom Chandler of Paintsville. Funeral services were held Monday, December 13, in the Paintsville United Baptist Church with Reverends O. I.
