Imogene "Gene" Moody, age 82, of Talmo, Ga formally of Buford, passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by her son,Frank Wesley Pruitt. She is survived by her husband of 61 years,J.C. Mooney,Talmo Ga; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Jean & Barry Moore of Gainesville,Ga; son ,Ronnie Moody of Talmo Ga. Six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Sister and brother-in-law Runnelle & J.D. Wallace,Canton Ga. Pauline Anderson,Gainesville,Ga. Brother, Clifford Junior Sizemore of Ft.Walton,Beach,Fla. Several neices, nephews and couins also survived. She lived in the Gravel Springs Community for many years. She was a retired L.P.N. from the Gwinnett Hospital System and worked at Buford General Hospital, Joan Glancy Memorial Hospital and Gwinnett Medical Center for many years. She was a member of the Gravel Springs Baptist Church in Buford. Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 27,2009 at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Sizemore officiating. Internment in the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford.
