William Foster Carrico, 32, died at 11 a.m. Tuesday at his home, 1715 Garland. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucille Cook Carrico; a son, William Louis Carrico; a daughter, Betty Lou Carrico; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Smith Carrico; a sister, Mrs. Marie LaFollette, and three brothers, Frank Carrico, Thomas Carrico and Leo Carrico. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the residence and at 9 a.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Louisville, Ky.
