Josephine Hitchcock, 82, of Hager Hill, died Saturday,May 26, 2007 at her residence.
Born Dec. 18, 1924, at Denver, she was a daughter of the late Harlan and Rosa Lee Caudill Blair.
She was a homemaker.She was also preceded in death by her husband,Willie Hitchcock, in 1998. Survivors include two sons,James W. Hitchcock of HagerHill and Larry Joe Blanton of Leander; a daughter,Deborah Blair of Staffordsville; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday, May 29, at Beechwall United Baptist Church, Leander, with Elders James R.Blair and Jerry Colvin officiating.
Burial was in Sam Blair Cemetery, Denver, under directionof Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
