Mary E. (Lynn) Palenski, of Springfield, Va., died Thursday, December 27, 2007, at her home.
Born July 31, 1927, in Pittston Township, she was a daughter of the late John F. Lynn and Anna Logalia. She graduated from St. John's High School.
She worked for the American Tuberculosis Association and retired from Sears, Roebuck & Company.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Richard Martin, of Fairfax, Va.; son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Jane Palenski, of Lanexa, Va.; brothers, Joseph Lynn, of Pittston Township, and John Lynn; grandchildren, Kristin and John Martin; Martin, Nathan, Justin, Daniel and William Palenski, and two great-grandchildren, Andre and Carter.
Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31 from the Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 700 Township Blvd., Pittston Township, with services at 9:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Pittston. Interment will be in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston. Viewing will be on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. Times Leader, The (Wilkes Barre, PA) - December 29, 2007.
