Savannah was a jovial man who was loved by all. He loved his family and had many friends.
He sold hunting dogs all over the nation. On the day he died, the dogs howled an unusual howl of sadness when they came to take him to the hospital. His wife, Harriett, knew from the howl of the dogs that she would never see her husband again. She was right.
