Mrs. Annie Lincoln died 12 Sept 1899, aged 36, the wife of James C. Lincoln, of St. Joseph, at St. Joseph's hospital. She was born 4 April 1863. Her father, Rev. Moses Lard, was one of the most prominent ministers here in the Christian church. He died 16 years ago in KY. She was born in KY., but reared with relatives in St. Joseph. She married James, 29 May 1884. She leaves a husband and 3 children--James C., Jr., Silas Woodson and May Louise, and other relatives. Mrs. Silas Woodson, a sister & Woodson K. & Allan Lard, Brothers. Sisters Mrs. R. D. Shannon, of Warrensburg, Mo; Mrs. Baker Logan, of Kansas City; Mrs. Garrett Judy, of Bethel, Ky. and W. J. Lard of St. Louis, a brother. Funeral at the home of Allan Lard, at 801 Hell St. Burial in Mt. Mora Cemetery.
