Mrs. Jess Brown
LYONS - Ila O. Brown, 90, died Feb. 25, 1982, at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend, after a long illness. Born Ila Patterson April 15, 1891, in Rice County, she was married to Jess Brown. He died Aug. 28, 1975. She was a lifetime resident of Lyons.
She was a member of First Christian Church, and the Pythian Sisters, both of Lyons.
Survivors: son, Howard Diskey, Lyons; brother, David Patterson; Shawnee Mission; sisters, Florence Judy, Yakima, Wash.; Neva Cline, Lyons.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sillin-Crawford-Miller Funeral Home, Lyons; the Rev. Tom Parish Jr . Burial at Lyons Municipal Cemetery, Lyons. Friends may call from 1 p.m. Sunday until service time Monday at the funeral home.
