VIRGIL GULLEY
Virgil Gulley, 75, of 621 Clover-dale Drive died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Oct. 11, 1911, in Sharpsburg, he was the son of the late Avery Mort and Lucy Hunt Gulley. He had been a switchman with Norfolk Southern Railway for 30 years and was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Gulley; a daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Barbara) Furr of Danville, a son, William M. Gulley of Danville; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Charles (Lava Mae) Satterfield of Camden, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Stith Funeral Home, Danville.
