Henry T. Stoner, formerly of Edina and Hurdland, 85 years old died at 2:30 o'clock Saturday morning, March 5, 1955, at his residence in Kirksville.
His body was brought to the Hudson Funeral Home here and funeral services were at St. Joseph Church at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon by the Rev. Terence Mullins, pastor. Burial was in the old Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Stoner, who never married, is survived by two brothers, Joseph of Hurdland and Marion Stoner of Edina, and three nieces and nephews.
He was born June 24, 1869, in La Grange, a son of John and Ann Crowley Stoner.
Mr. Stoner, a retired farmer, lived the last ten years in Kirksville, prior to which he lived near Hurdland. He carpentered in Edina a number of years ago.
