Fred Timmerman
News was received today from Mrs. William T. Haun of Bella Vista, ark., of the recent death in El Paso, Tex., of her father, Fred Timmerman, 86. Mr. Timmerman was a resident of Lyon County all of his life before moving to Texas in 1979.
Mr. Timmerman's wife, Esther, died earlier, as did two sons, Grant and Robert Timmerman, and a grandson. He is survived by one son, Marvin Timmerman, Albuquerque. N.M.; three daughters, Lois Jean Hon of El Paso, Jo Anne Culpepper of Aurora, Colo. and Helen Haun, whose address is 21 Adams Lane, Bella Vista, Ark.; 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Alzena Roberts.
Cremation followed Mr. Timmerman's death. A graveside memorial service in Emporia will be held on March 12 at 10 A.M. in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
