Harry was married to Daisy Myrtle Virts. They had a son, Wilbur, and three daughters: Helen Jenkins, Doris Renn and Katherine Ayers.
Harry drove a truck for the Boyer Transportation Co. of Frederick County. He had a heart attack while he was on his route and died in his truck which he had stopped on the side of the road.
Harry was survived by his wife, children and two grandchildren. Also by his mother Katie and these siblings: Jonas, Gertie Fry, Fred (who died a month after Harry), Arthur, Lettie Wetzel, Minnie Caniford, John, Charles, Janie and Alonza.
