John Stoner (Whose original last name was Stenner) was not the Son of Catherina LandgrafStenner. His mother was Susanna Galley. The other children (3 daughters) were from his second marriage to Catherina. Married Jacob Stenner 5 May, 1831. She and Jacob had three children: Anton, Joannes , and John. After Susanna passed away in 1833. Jacob Stenner married Catherine Langraf in 1834. Jacob and Catherine had three daughters: Catherine, Barbara, and Apolonia (Abbie). All the children were born in Lorsch, Bensheim, Hesse, Germany. This included John. Jacob, Catherine, John, Catherine, Barbary (Barbara), and Apolonia (Abbie) came to America in 1846 landing in New York. They headed West and settled in LaGrange, Lewis County, Missouri. By the 1850 census, Jacob had passed away and the family Surname was changed to "Stoner". I found of the children's baptisms on Family Search in Lorsch, Bensheim, Hesse, Germany.
