Mrs. Edith "Itsy" Brown Kehle, of Castleton Avenue, died yesterday on Monday in her home. She was a cashier 20 years for the former downtown Lasalle's store, retiring in 1970. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph A. Kehle, her parents, Robert and Bertha Brown, sister Rose Geisler Brown and brother Harold Geisler Brown.
Surviving at the time of her passing were her daughter, Monda Kehle; brothers, Ernest and Robert Brown, and sisters, Mrs. Frieda Nelson, Mrs. Mary Jane St. Aubin, both of Toledo, and Mrs. Edna Betty Wyrick of Greensboro, N.C.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the H.H. Birkenkamp Mortuary, Trilby, where the body had lain after 2 p.m. Friday. The family had requested that any contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
