CHARITON, IA. - Services for Russell R. Davis, 80, of Chariton, who died of a heart attack Tuesday at Lucas County Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Fielding Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Chariton Cemetery.
Mr. Davis was born in Marion County and lived in Chariton most of his life. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Nina; two sons, LaVern of Chariton and Glen of Pocatello, Idaho; two daughters, Norma Mason and Charlene Stephens, both of Chariton; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
