William Parrish first married first Jerusha Smith (1695-1727) on 8 Nov 1716.

Asa Parrish (b. 1723)
William Parrish, Jr. (1725-1762), married Dorothy Kingsley
John Parrish (1727-1817), married Hannah Harrington.

William Parrish married second Bethiah Brewster (1702-1742) on 23 May 1738.
Their children were:
Bethiah Parrish (1739-1800), married Samuel Morgan, Jr.
Jerusha Parrish (1741-1741).

William Parrish married third Jerusha Ayer (d. 1777) on 13 Apr 1742.
Their child was: Jerusha Parrish (1744-1746).
