Services for Clara Adeline Troyer, 80, 1905 Waverly Drive, who died Friday morning at Albany General Hospital, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Evangelical Church. The Revs. Douglas B. Drysdale and Dave Draper will officiate. Burial follows at Willamette Memorial Park. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. She was born Nov. 20, 1898, near Hesston, Kan., and grew up on a farm near there. She lived in Kansas until her marriage to Ralph Troyer in 1922. The family moved to Albany in 1945 and lived here for three years. She lived in Lebanon for 18 years before returning to Albany in 1966.
Her husband, Ralph, survives. Other survivors are a son, of Salem; and a daughter, of Denton, Tex.; a sister, Mary Swartzendruber of Albany; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Four brothers, one sister and one grandchild died earlier. She was a member of the First Evangelical Church for more than 56 years. Those who wish may contribute in her memory to the First Evangelical Church Memorial Fund.
