Gertrude Morr Towns was the daughter of Chauncey & Mary Jane (Wallace) Towns. She married William James Findlay on December 9, 1884. They had five children together: Emma Belle, Alfred Earl, Wheeler Andrew, Lester Allen, & David Leo Findlay. Between their 5 children, they had 21 grandchildren. Gertie passed away at the age of 79.
