Miles Troyer, 65, owner and operator of Troyer Auto Service since 1925, died today in General hospital. He had been a patient there for the last nine weeks. He resided at 1520 Prairie. He was born July 13, 1894 in Ohio. He married Mary Reiff Aug. 24, 1920, in Newton. Kan. She died in 1951. He then married Eva Yoder, who survives, on Jan. 20, 1953. He was a member of the Prairie Street Mennonite Church and taught a Sunday school class there. He also served on the church council and the pastoral and mission committees.
Also surviving are a son; six daughters; four brothers; four sisters; and 21 grandchildren.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Hartzler-Gutermuth Funeral home.

General Hospital; aged 65 y. 4 m. 27d. He was married on Aug. 24, 1920, to Mary Reiff, who preceded him in death. On Jan. 20, 1953, he was married to Eva Yoder, who survives. Also surviving are 7 children (Darda, Greenville, Mich.; Mrs. Frederick Erb, Sterling. Ill.; Mrs. James Weaver, Elkhart, Ind.; Mrs. Vernon Miller, Mantua, Ohio; Mrs. Ronald Miller, Bristol, Ind.; Mrs. John Bixler, Iowa City, Iowa; and Mrs. Harlan Helmuth, Aurora, Ohio), 21 grandchildren, 4 brothers (Paul, Elkhart, Ind.; Raymond, Phoenix, Ariz.; Ralph, Lebanon, Oreg.; and Orus, Buffalo, N. Y.), and 4 sisters (Mrs.. Erma Zimmerman, Protection, Kans.; Mrs. Anna Schrock, Hutchinson, Kans..; Mrs. Ray Elliott, Wichita, Kans.; and Mrs. Jacob Weirich, Colorado Springs, Colo.). He was a member of the Prairie Street Church, where funeral services were held on Dec. 18, with Howard J. Zehr officiating.
