The notes I have, have Conrad Starnes, being buried in Leesburg Cemetery at Telford, Washington County, Tennessee. Also other notes say: the Brown Family Cemetery is also known as Leesburg Cemetery.

General Notes: The person doing research, had thought he might have been born as early as 1754, but the Leesburg Cemetery reading says Ca 1760. (Margaret Brown Anderson)

I honor Conrad Starnes for his life here on Earth.

I thank FAG contributor #47610897, for the name of Conrad's mother.
