Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. P. M. Padgett and Mrs. Earl Inge, both of Goode; Mrs. Donald Johnson, Mrs. I. S. Dodd and Mrs. H. B. Huffine, all of Roanoke; five sons, R. M. Canady, Goode; Jack Canady, Tallmadge, Ohio; Ben E. and Cassie C. Canady, both of Welch, W Va.; and Julian C. Canady, Roanoke; a brother, Jeff Millner, Rustburg; a sister, Mrs. Nannie Mae Smith of Buchanan; 32 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted today at 1 p.m. at Villa Heights Baptist Church, by the Rev. J. Landon Maddex. Burial will be in Bethany Church Cemetery, Bedford County.
